Archer's Tower in Town View is barely clickable

How does the problem look like?

The Archer’s Tower building does not always light up when hovering with the cursor, not even clickable. It’s more likely to light up when you hover on the margins of the building.

What exactly did you do to trigger it?
Hover the Archer’s Tower in Castle view.

A screenshot or video would be fantastic.

The Print Screen cuts the cursor out, so i cannot provide a proof.

Tested in Chrome and Firefox.

It’s a known problem, likely caused by improper potrace result for several buildings’ outlines (interested people can look into databank/bmp2shape.php).
